Also known as part number 4318047, this icemaker water valve is designed to use on many refrigerator models such as Whirlpool, Maytag, Kenmore, Jen-Air, KitchenAId, Admiral, Amana, Roper, Magic Chef and Sears Coldspot/Kenmore refrigerators that do not feature water in the door. The Maytag Refrigerator Water Valve kit includes: single valve, plastic tubing, fittings and complete instructions for different installation situations. This single solenoid water valve controls water flow to the icemaker.
